How do I become a Frequent Slider and start earning points?
How do I earn loyalty points?
Guests earn 10 points for every $1 spent both online and at one of our Cans.
How can I redeem my rewards points?
Rewards unlock for redemption starting at 200 points earned. Guests can redeem points when they order online at SmallsSliders.com or when they show their selected reward to one of our Smalls Squad members when making an in Can purchase.
How do I redeem my rewards online?
Guests will have the option to click ‘apply reward’ when they check out, and that reward will automatically take the item or discount off their total. Please note that for item-based rewards, guests will need to have a menu item for the reward in their cart for the reward to be applied to their online order.
Can I earn or redeem points through DoorDash or other third party delivery apps?
We only allow Frequent Sliders to earn points through their orders on SmallsSliders.com, through the Smalls Rewards app, or through purchases from visiting any of our Cans.
When do my points expire?
Points expire at the end of the calendar year.
